User Account, Password and Security.

When you complete the registration form, you will receive a user account name and a password. You are responsible for the confidential aspect of your account and your password, as well as all transactions made on your account and/or with your password. You must inform photogiftsworld.com of any unauthorized use of your account immediately. Disconnect fully from the site after end of each user session.

Photogiftsworld.com cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage occurred due to unauthorized or miss-use of your account or your password.

Copyright

Customers are responsible for obtaining copy right permission for any image sent to us to be used as a design to complete their requested art effect.

We work from customers' images to create arts and other works as required by them, charging a nominal fee for this service. All work created by us becomes our copyright arts/files UNLESS a customer makes a special agreed payment for the art created solely for their use and buys the copyright to use this work created by us. All other work is received with the understanding that we preserve the right to use these arts to promote our services worldwide. Our partner websites can display these arts as long as the text (Logo) “Powered by Photo Gifts World”  is displayed on the web pages showing our works.  Any person wishing us not to display the arts created by us must give this information in writing before commencement of the work. Information must be addressed to Mr. Pami Suri on the mail ID shown in our contact page of the website www.photogiftsworld.com. Additional charges are made for such specialist individual works. Confirmation from both parties must be evident of this agreed arrangement.

All images or pictures supplied for printing, copying, reproducing, sharing or restorations or manipulations are accepted with this understanding that the customer owns the copy right of such files and images and no responsibility is taken by photoserv or the employees or owners of photoserv in case of dispute arising involving infringement of the copy right law.

Once the image has been accepted and or downloaded by a customer, trader or distributor, no return or redo work is allowed.
All gifts printed and posted can not be returned. It is customer’s responsibility to check the work to make sure it is suitable for their purpose before accepting it.
